Among the twisting roots of the old forest is where we find Mundleroot the Troll. For Mundleroot is a speaker of the roots, of the trees and the many tales they share.
The trees relay their time on our Earth to the Troll and he takes their wisdom, passing on the stories to the other Trolls. The Trolls, who know better than many others, the importance of stories, listen intently to Mundleroot for they wish to learn all they can from the ancient trees – often feasting and drinking whilst they do so!
Mundleroot, once his tales are finished and the Trolls are full of many stories, returns to solitude among the trees once more – forever listening, learning and filling his soul with the tales of the olde ways.
